ElectroCycle physically destroys hard drives, documents the completed service and directs the shredded material into responsible recycling channels.
Deleting files, formatting a drive or removing it from a computer does not physically eliminate the storage media. Physical shredding permanently disables media and is an appropriate destruction method for many applications. The proper sanitization method depends on the media type, data sensitivity and customer requirements.
ElectroCycle provides secure pickup and facility-based shredding. Mobile on-site hard-drive destruction is also available for qualifying service requests. Serial-number documentation can be arranged when requested before scheduling, and an electronic Certificate of Destruction is issued after completed service.
