Accumulated Records

Use a one-time purge for cleanouts, moves and retention projects.

Hard Drive Destruction Questions

Does deleting files remove all hard-drive data?

Deleting files or formatting a drive does not physically destroy the storage media. Physical destruction damages the drive so it cannot be reused as an intact data-bearing device.

Does ElectroCycle destroy hard drives on-site?

Mobile on-site hard-drive destruction is available for qualifying service requests. Secure pickup and appointment-based drop-off are also available.

Is serial-number documentation available?

Yes. Serial-number documentation is available when requested and should be arranged before service is scheduled.

Can hard-drive destruction be combined with computer recycling?

Yes, subject to confirming the equipment and service scope in advance. Provide a device inventory and drive quantity when requesting a quote.

Does ElectroCycle accept every electronic device?
